Supplements and natural remedies in defense against COVID and other ailments.
NOTE: I am not a doctor. I am a a normal person that does a lot of research and have consulted with doctors, etc. These are supplements I take on a mostly daily basis.

Why this list?
If we’ve learned anything from this mess, it’s that it’s your responsibility to research what you put in your body. Look up the benefits of different things below. Homework is good.
These supplements, herbs and other remedies are very often the source of where our ‘real’ medicine comes from.
Start small – don’t try it all on an empty stomach, and please feel free to ask for help if you get confused. I can’t always respond quickly but I may be able to reply or answer questions in a podcast or something like that.
And with all things, pray first. Then follow your heart if you want to try.

Always read the directions and check for any issues with current medications and allergies. We can’t say we’ve tried all of these but most we have. If you prefer pills that works, too. I just like combining all of these drop ones into a shot glass diluted with a bit of water.
This is helpful for digestion. Too loose – it firms you up. Too firm, it loosens you up. Important: Take with a big glass of water.

Be aware of other medications you might take for blood pressure, etc.
Quantum Super Lysine+ Liq
Good for preventing fever blisters, immune function, etc.
5 drops or so. This doesn’t need a large amount – more of a preventative. This is the primary source of hydroxychloroquine.
For Iodine, start with 1 drop per day and if you want work yourself up. Never do more than 5 drops.
Zinc with copper are both very useful together. Copper is properly weighted with zinc to balance each other out.
